Our approach
Elev8 UAV treats client information, operational plans, locations and captured imagery as confidential. We collect and use personal information only where it is needed to answer an enquiry, plan or deliver an agreed service, meet a legal obligation, or protect legitimate business and security interests.
Information we may collect
This may include your name, contact details, business or property information, service requirements, correspondence, site-access information and imagery or location data created during an operation.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess whether a flight is suitable, plan and carry out operations, provide agreed outputs, maintain safety and operational records, manage accounts, and comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Surveillance and reconnaissance imagery
Operational imagery is handled discreetly and shared only with the client, authorised members of the operation, professional advisers, service providers working under appropriate controls, or lawful authorities where required. We do not publish client footage or operational details without permission unless disclosure is legally required.
Retention and security
Personal information and imagery are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, the agreed service, safety or insurance records, dispute resolution, or a legal obligation. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Some rights may be limited where information must be retained for legal, safety or legitimate operational reasons.
